Thanks For A Great GT Year!
As we near the end of the year, I wanted to thank you and your wonderful students for a successful year for GT!
Time flew by and due to tight scheduling constraints, we were unable to get the debate scheduled. We did have the opportunity to enjoy many other activities:
- Parent/Student Breakfast- Sept 4th
- Tour of UT Tyler Campus - Sept 18th
- Chess Tournament during SOAR - Sept 29
- Volunteered at the East Texas Food Bank - Oct 20th
- Made Appreciation Cards for the Veterans - Nov 3-5
- Greeted the Veterans and their families at a Pie & Coffee Event - Nov 11
- Learned Symphony Etiquette and Does and Don'ts for Eating Out during SOAR- Nov 12
- Dined at Olive Garden and Attended Longview Symphony - Dec 5
- Attended Innovative Inventions Seminar through Region 7 - Jan 13
- Volunteered at the Good Samaritan Food Bank then Park for Lunch- Feb 18
- Toured Texas A&M College Station Campus - Mar 5
- Perot Museum - Dallas then Kaufman City Lake Park for Lunch - May 14
